we all had dinner... at CAVI in Gaithersburg, MD. it's a tapes bar... and guess what we ordered??? Spanikopita..! flamin' cheese! it was great! but the best part was the presentation of it!...

Shoulda let me know, I'm 20 min. away. And it's not spanikopita, but rather saganaki. My wife makes it, but it's tough to find kasseri cheese (and $). I'll be in Annapolis tomorrow night. Small world!
